Today I'm here with a little bit of hair care tips for you (from my own experience)
Despite of having any hair kind, you can follow it and note a beautiful change in your hair condition

Bend your head down with your hair open and massage your scalp with finger tips at least for 5 minutes (With or without oil, it's up to you. But it's better if you rub a little hair oil on fingers before massage) You can increase the time span if you wish. But please stay CONSISTENT and keep doing this little therapy daily as it brings shine, strength and good health to hair.
Mechanism: What actually happens is when you bend your head down, blood begins to flow in the opposite direction (towards your head) and this blood in return provides a better amount of oxygen to the hair roots).This oxygen works for the strength, shine and healthy growth of your hair
That's it. You can also trim the rough ends of your hair over a month or 2 months time period.
