Heart Breaks and Treatment

Asalam o Alaikum beautiful souls. Today I put a story on Instagram concerning HEART BREAKS

Yes, heart breaks cause a serious damage to us and its level of strength cannot be determined by anyone but  Allah Almighty. Allah Almighty has stated it in Quran Pak that "He only gives that amount of pain to His beloved people which they can bear". This means we have got the power to bear the pain and face the problem in a man like way.
The thing which only needs to be done is that we need to trust our abilities, we need to tell ourselves that yes, we are stable with our instabilities and we are strong with our weaknesses. We need to accept the loss or particular thing happened to us. We need to go in the Durbaar of Allah Almighty and stand with our broken souls and tearful eyes in front of Him. In Sha Allah, He will bless us with such a magical power which will instantly heal our wounds and we will began to find peace in problematic states too. That's it for now and I will end this one with a prayer for all that may Allah Almighty heal the wounds of every single person existing in this world whether they are physical, mental, internal or external....Amin
